No advice written for self calming during traumatic flashbacks applies we experience no physical anything not hyperventilating none of it yet one of us is screaming crying and throwing up while we awkwardly somberly gather around with a couple hands on her shoulder wishing we could do more but typing this out and her knowing that helps. But I can't write fast enough for myself or legible enough for half of us and saying things to the system like I'm explaining them to an objective observer sometimes leads down
A little context we've hardly discovered eachother and names are few and far between
