Looking for academic sources on RA, MC, and HT, as well as the DID/PTSD/psychosis that results from it. I also enjoy first hand accounts. But I don't really trust much that I read unless what I'm reading has the rigor that comes along with academic research.
What gets me about programming is it implies that there's some kind of organized technique for this kind of thing. Like it was passed down in the family for ten generations and got worse with each generation or something. How do they know to make alters? I have memories of being given addictive drugs and neurotoxic chemicals to make my memory unreliable and to try to manipulate me with the content of the psychotic breaks that were caused by them.
Looking for other resources because my memories are wild and partially inaccurate because of the harsh nature of my experiences, like with the drugs and whatnot.
