So I very recently discovered 2 alters. Like 2 days ago recently. I've suspected it for a really long time now but until 2 days ago I didn't find any real evidence of it. for me it's kinda like I have to choose to let them out and they don't seem to have much control. Like it's hard to communicate with them and if they do something like talk to a friend that doesn't know about them they go away. As far as I'm aware they haven't fully switched out with me. I'll admit I'm pretty scared of actually fully switching and not remembering what happened so maybe that's why they don't do that. It's like when they are out I'm still there but in the background but I feel like I could force them out if I wanted to and take back control. I guess I'm curious about a lot of stuff like getting them more comfortable with fronting and being able to communicate. I know there's more because I felt them during a switch but I don't know who they are so I'd like to meet them to. I don't really have amnesia from when one of them are out but maybe that's cause I'm always in the background? Like i won't remember everything that happened but I have a pretty good idea and Remember the big stuff. I guess that could change though as I only met them 2 days ago. I don't really know where to go from here so any tips on what to do would be appreciated.
