Dissociative and a little?

Hi folks! I've been diagnosed with dissociative identity disorder and I'm (host, 29) also coming to terns with the fact that I may have an interest in exploring kink more. Specifically: little space. I think I also experience involuntary age regression. As do other adults in the system.

I'm wondering if anyone else has experience or advice or thoughts about exploring safely while protecting little alters? The little alters are not the ones involved in this type of play but they tend to show up alot when i date men.
