I've been having a lot of issues staying present at work. This is the first time we have worked in 2 years. We have accommodations set in place at this job to help us stay stable and the people we work with are aware that we may need support sometimes(they do not know our condition, just that we have some mental stuff going on. They are really understanding and supportive). Even if we are having a good day, even the smallest trigger or even just the person I'm talking to can pull us out of the body. For example, I was talking with my boss about switching my schedule a bit and for some reason, every time I talk to her, I leave the body during the conversation and have no control over what is being said. I don't even understand it's occurring until it's happening. I have next to no memory of the conversation after. I don't know how to stop it or control it at all. Its so scary and it makes me just so nervous to even talk to people. What can I do?
