What's a host actually supposed to do?

Post Body

I'm Harper, we call me the host, but mostly because I'm who everyone agreed they'd rather mask as if we had to pick one of us. Aside from that I do stuff for our kid alters and our partner. But we haven't been very functional lately, and our partner has complained that we're unspecific too often and it makes things difficult for her and we want to help. Am I supposed to be taking charge in those moments where nobody else seems to be driving? How do I even take charge? We want to be more aware of ourselves too but I particularly want to do what I can to make things easier on her.
