Post Body

I’ve been in therapy for PTSD for the last 3 years or so. My most recent therapist had suggested DID and we ended up talking about it for quite a bit. It made more sense to me than anything I’d heard so far. She helped me a lot but unfortunately I am having some financial issues so I’m having to take a break from therapy until I’m stable again.

Anyway, I don’t really have any questions or anything meaningful to say, just wanted to express gratitude for this sub. Reading through these posts make me feel so validated and like maybe I’m not completely alone in the world. It’s nice to feel like I’m finally getting somewhere and that maybe there is an explanation out there. Thank you all.
