What’s happening?

What’s happening when I suddenly go nonverbal and I can only make noises when I try to communicate but not speak real words even though I’m thinking the words and screaming in my head to say them but I just can’t say them? And I can “speak” in very specific noises only, almost as if its a language of its own (it’s not).
