Same for us with pics. I send face pics in private; they already have lots of body pics to see.

You're the second one to try to blame it on that. We don't charge, don't do content, don't meet with anyone who does content, don't upvote, don't downvote, don't post brag videos or pics, don't meet with anyone who posts brag videos or pics, stay perfectly discreet about who we meet with, but still get ghosted more often than not.

All these males, sounding so needy, making all these hookup posts, but they disappear when they find real people. I just have fun with our posting, and on those rare occasions when we actually meet someone, it's a bonus. But I understand couples who are newer at this, and tend to take it personally when they get flaked on. Especially the wives. Beautiful women aren't used to men acting like they want to have sex, but then disappearing when the time comes to do it. But it's the norm here.

We don't do instant hookups either. We try for a meeting for just dinner first. But it doesn't typically work out for us; most ghost as soon as we mention dinner, and others just before we're supposed to meet.

I always assumed our high flake rate was because we're old, but I see young couples here who have the same problem.

A nice theory, but that hasn't been my experience. There's usually no intent to ever meet. There's been plenty written on so much porn's effect on men these days; find some of that and read it, and you'll better understand the usual reddit single male dynamic.

Gratification being the key word. They chat and ask for pics until they finish stroking, then they're gone. I never quite got this. There's free porn everywhere on the internet; why chat with and ghost people who actually prefer other bodies present when they have sex?
