Reminder to READ THE RULES. We're getting harsher and harsher cause we don't want to have to deal with idiots while we're dealing with the latest flood of spambots.

We have a new rule, inspired by a lot of bad behavior lately. We're gonna start banning for this, so ladies, if a guy is misbehaving in comments or DMs, report him. We've always banned for dicks or simply being gross or creepy, but I'm tired of women being run off by endless trashy behavior from guys with more blood in their dicks than their brains. See the end of the post for the rule.

Meanwhile, DO NOT FEED THE BOTS. Any F4M or MF4M accounts that are posting ads with a Telegram, Snapchat, or other social media name is a SCAMMER BOT. They WILL take your money or attempt to blackmail you. If we stop feeding them, they might go away. I suspect part of this flood is that some idiot must have sent money again.

Be smart: Does an account have a history of normal activity and then out of the blue super horny? That means it was probably stolen, especially in non-Dallas subs. Does it have a lot of karma but no posts? They've karma farmed then deleted stuff. Is it a year or two old with no history at all? They built it and "aged" it to evade automod rules for account age or to evade spam filters. Did they have details of the DFW metroplex that are plausible in terms of where they live? People ain't driving 90 minutes from Forney to hook up with someone in Benbrook, so anyone without a neighborhood or suburb listed is automatically suspicious. Do their pics come up on a reverse image search? Did they put "#Dallas" in their title? Dunno why, but the bots love that.

It ain't that hard to spot suspected bots, report em when you see em and if you want to go in the comments and warn people and explain WHY you think it's a bot, go ahead.

NEW RULE 9.RESPECT POSTERS PREFERENCES

As our most common example of bad behavior, if an ad is F4F, M4F, and you're a man, do NOT hit on the poster in the comments or directly. If a poster asks for something like "Under 40" and you're over 40, don't post. If they say no couples or married men, don't try it. Respect people's preferences and do not try to persuade them otherwise. People being flooded with endless low quality comments and pick up attempts is driving people out of the community.
