Game Launcher Broke?

I seem to be able to log in but as soon as the game starts I can only hear the music and nothing else. The game window won't show up on screen and when I hover my mouse over it on the start menu I only see a transparent window.
This seriously has been beating me up because I'd like to play my jumping character and I can't even access the game. Yes I have reinstalled and I still have the same issue
