I prefer to use this app and you must have it or are willing to download it. Micromanagement: As it suggests I want to know every detail of your day. I want to choose what you wear and what you eat to when you nap and when you sleep. I want you to ask permission for everything that is not already pre approved set by the schedule and rules. Meals may be up to your discretion at times depending on dietary needs.
