I'm a Daddy who is talking to someone new and trying to take things really slowly. She isn't ready to use the name Daddy yet and that's totally fine. Instead she calls me Mister which is still sweet.
I don't know what to call her. I try to avoid the usual pet names as I don't want to seem like I'm pressuring things. I've tried a few things and she doesn't seem to mind but I want to be sure I'm being reasonable.
I use her name, but other than that I'm not comfortable with pet names really at this stage. What else can I use to show that I respect her little space but I'm not trying to be too forward?
Kid/kiddo seems odd to me, what else could I use in this situation?
Thanks for reading
