i have a lot of shame and bad feelings around sexual stuff in general , but especially around any age play kind of stuff ...

i think a lot of it is because i dont really understand where im supposed to belong . i have urinary incontinence so i have to wear diapers all the time and someome told me that would makes me in the abdl community . other people have said the age play things are gross and sexualizes age regression which feels bad . people also say that age regression is involuntary and age play is on purpose , but what if the sexual part is involuntary too ?

i dont want to do things that are wrong or hurt anyone else , i just want to know where im supposed to fit ? sorry if this isnt the place to ask .
