Here is mine, Nightwing should follow in Bruces footsteps and adopt a child as a sidekick. It would be an interesting story concept with Barbara and Dicks relationship having influencing factors and it would give Dick some idea of what it was like for Bruce, he would go to him for advice and stuff. Have the character be female to increase the amount of female bat-fam members and make her Tim's age so dick is less reluctant to having her fight crime. Id say go with another bird themed name like Sparrow or Flamebird keeping true to the Kryptonian influence of the name Nightwing.
