I see people say this a lot in regards to lgbt/queer characters, and they only seem to say this when it’s typically “normal” characters. Like when it’s John Constantine or Obsidian or even Harley. But when it’s WW, or Superman or even Aqualad it’s suddenly “omg this is just for marketing” or “this made no sense just make new gay characters”. Like does that meant you need to know a character is gay off the bat for them to be gay? Sexuality isn’t a visual identifier ?? Idk not tryna start beef but genuinely asking
