Questions About Previous Aquaman Runs

So I became a huge Aquaman fan with Geoff Johns' current run on the character, and I was planning on delving into previous runs on the characters and wanted to as for a little help, so here's a couple of questions:

1) What are people's thoughts on Peter David's run on Aquaman? I've read really good things and would like to read up on that.

2) Is his Time and Tide miniseries worth a read?

3) Are there collected editions of this run? Where would I find them?

4) Thoughts on the American Tidal arc and Will Pfeifer run on the character?

5) Thoughts on Aquaman: Sword of Atlantis?
