So how bad can Hit category be?

I know many people are talking about Hit being potentially good...but how bad can the category be?
-U6 only is probably a little too limited, somewhat like Shadow Dragon Saga, you either have the units or you don't.
-Assassins...not really enough people to put in that category, so very unlikely.
-Combat Genius or something related, which I suppose includes Goku and various other characters.
