Hey friends,

This is speculation on my part, but comes from a heaping helping of common sense. Threads attempting to answer "why" (like this one) have come up before, but I still see people asking the question daily in the help thread, or venting in another thread, and occasionally posting their own threads on the topic, particularly with LR Goten/Trunks hitting JP.

Why Vegito Blue Hasn't Been Introduced Yet

Simply Put - Design Takes a LONG Time.

You have artists who have to do their thing, and this is only AFTER the main concepts have been thought of - will he have a Ki Super Attack or not? Will it be a Kamehameha, or something different? Will he use his sword like SS Vegito, or what?

These things need to be fleshed out before art can be finished.

Numbers Need to Be Run.

Impact on the community needs to be defined - should he be a REALLY strong LR, in the next generation of leads, or will he be part of the current one? We don't even know if they've planned out this current generation or not, if they have, then he'll - for sure - be part of the next.

Other More Urgent Projects Need to be Finished

For instance - the current meta/generation of leads needs to be finalized and released. LR VB will take a backseat to this because - while we want it - other projects are more urgent.

Do you want them to take a concept they've already thought up - like Goten/Trunks, for instance - and instead slap on VB's name to it? No. We want a fresh, awesome, makes-sense character. That they're taking their time with him means they're doing this. Whether the design and numbers fall flat remains to be seen, though.

Why We're ACTUALLY Enraged

They haven't communicated jack shit. Which is shitty of them. We're not mad he's not out yet, we're mad because we don't KNOW anything.

This post will hopefully quell some of the anger, but also is a call to BAMCO spies to say SOMETHING so we can, like, not be angry at you. We don't WANT to be angry at you. Well, maybe some of us do, but most of us don't! Haha.

When Can We Expect Him?

Pure speculation on my part, he may come out in a few weeks, but with Goten/Trunks being released, it's more likely that it'll be a month before we see our next LR (or more), and the same period of time until the next one.

I wouldn't be surprised if they have ONE more LR to put out before LR VB. We may be waiting up to another 4 months.
