Need help trying to delete my account

I cancelled my subscription in April of this year, I've been charged every month since then, emailed them couldn't get it sorted, went to go delete my account saw that I'm locked into a year subscription now for some reason and it won't let me delete my account or remove any of my cards.
Not too sure what to do should I just go to my bank and have them deal with it?
Edit: I just called my bank and got it all sorted, never touching this app again
