I know what to expect every time in a horror movie, I find it really hard to enjoy them because I'm too busy yelling at people in the movie lol. I'm watching "Life" right now. There are sooooo many mistakes made by this crew of astronauts, like how are they even astronauts!?!?!
There is always the curious person who wants to go towards danger, always...it never fails. Even when the odds seem unreasonable already, it still happens. Also, those people who hear a noise in an especially creepy situation (lights out, lightning and thunder in background, electricity and phone mysteriously doesn't work) and they call out "Hello?", WTF are you doing fool?
Also, has anyone noticed the pattern of when humans in these types of movies labelling creatures as hostile simply because the "hostile monsters" are defending themselves? Like if you were trying to kill me first, experiment on me, exterminate my children, keep me locked up in a tiny cage...I might try to liquify your ass into a puddle of goo too!
Someone really needs to make a new breed of horror movie that breaks every cliche, because shit like this just frustrates me...it is still entertaining in it's own way, but equally frustrating.
