Hey everyone, planning on driving down from the OC/LA area to San Diego later this year on the 5 fwy for TwitchCon and was wondering if the non-zero risk was low enough for an unDACAmented, legal limbo person to go. I've only ever been down there twice in my life, once for Legoland when I was still lawfully present under a pending family visa before I aged out and another for a high school field trip-- haven't been back since and am wondering if the Border Patrol checkpoint near San Clemente is open enough on the 5 northbound to rethink the trip. I have no plans on going any further south than the Chula Vista area and am a young asian guy with a valid DL and unexpired passport so I can probably beat most profiling. Thanks in advance!
