Advance parole to visit loved ones grave

Has anyone applied for advance parole to visit the grave of a past loved one? Ive been thinking of doing an AP to visit my father’s grave but not sure if it will qualify. My father died unexpectedly in 2019 in the states then was transported to Mexico and Buried there. I was not able to go and burry or see his grave to this day. Anyone done AP for this?
