Ok so i was dumb enough to wait almost 2 years renewal my DACA i had a job that paid cash and i was doing well still am, i was younger and i was stupid. After 1 year of expiration your application needs to be submitted as a first time application take in consideration i already had renewed it twice and had my taxes in order and a clean criminal record when i sent my packet to immigration 2 weeks after is when that judge in Texas judge declared that NO NEW APPLICATIONS for daca can be processed immigration Still took My Payment but didn't process it 🤣🤣 and since i took to long to send my renewal as i mentioned i fell under as a new applicant Graduated School here have some college and trade school under my belt and some dam judge in Texas fucked it up for me im 33 years old been here since im 3 .. did this happen to anyone else? I was told my packet is just sitting there and cant be touched until that Law is lifted and they let New applicants apply
