Hello everyone!

I’m currently under DACA until 7/23 plus I’m married to US citizen. I’ll be submitting my EAD renewal soon so I have a few questions.

I’ve submitted my I-130 already and received the email with NVC case and invoice ID. The CEAC website saying the interview is going to be in Ciudad Juárez, I’ve been seeing that going to the consular takes longer and could be denied entry etc etc. Would the AP/AOS be the better route for my situation?

My dad also has a I-130 document as well. My aunt was the petitioner for him. Receipt date 7/19/01 and the notice date was 11/7/06. I’m wondering if my dads application can assist me as well? Idk I’m also going to see lawyer advice this week anyways Thank you all!!
