Chain vs Ball (or other): Faster Leveling 1-50?

So this Season I’m finally taking Sorc out for a spin. I’ve played exclusively Rogue up until now and am enjoying Sorc so far as a bit of variety. Just got my enchantment slot, so I’m just wondering which build is the fastest for leveling? I know endgame that Ball Lightning gets to be insane, but I feel like initially chain lightning was clearing quicker for me. I’m just looking at clear speed and leveling as quickly as possible. Or is there another build that will go even quicker?
