HS Rogue stuck at 115

So I can’t clear 115 fast enough. Stats below are with potion.

1430 Vuln 36% CC 59% Lucky 13 frames ASPD 2080 Dex

7 ranks to Hs on pants with Harlequin Crest as well

Amulet is 5 Malice 4 exploit 4 WM

I’m seeing 7 millions and 10 millions but for some 4 and 5

The problem is I’m simply not sinking the bosses in 3 staggers fast enough. However I’m looking online and seeing guys crushing 120s

I have NO IDEA what is going on, is it my Vuln to low? Somebody help me out here what could possibly be my biggest damage multiplier right now
