What level did you do the second capstone dungeon at and with what build?

I’m level 60 running Shadow Imbue Death Trap Twisting Blades and I can get the boss down to his final bar but haven’t been able to push that, and usually get nuked when he’s at about half life. Probably just gonna delay it a few more levels but was just wondering how youse faired against him? I know with the first capstone I was struggling while playing Penetrating Shot and when I switched to Twisting Blades it was a breeze, curious what builds felt like they had an easier time taking him down?
