Infinimist t100 struggle

I've followed the maxroll infinimist build guide (https://maxroll.gg/d4/build-guides/infinimist-necromancer-guide), but am getting 1shot and struggling hard getting anywhere close to T100. Low 80s seems to be about it without non stop deaths.
Currently using Howl from Below, Greaves of the Empty Tomb, and Xfals. See pics for items used and stats.
