I'll try to post updates here as long as I stay awake. Others feel free to join in.
9:40PM: Doors have opened. If I had to guess I'd say somewhere around 2,000 people outside the convention center. No idea how these people are split between panel and expo floor.
10:20PM: Security is moving slowly, but it appears that now Disney CM's are running the show and not temp staff. I'm betting they are being very meticulous with their counts. Including those who have already entered I'd say around 2,500-3,000 people on the premises. I won't be inside for another 30 minutes or so to give the status of the panel.
10:40PM: via u/MyBoysNeedAHouse NEW ARRIVALS ARE BEING TOLD THEY HAVE A 50/50 CHANCE OF MAKING IT INTO THE PANEL.
11:10PM: Gold for B is three rows from being filled. A and C are empty. It's not too bad in here, maybe only 500 or so with another 500 waiting for show floor. It's swamped outside though. Almost all tempt staff inside with one Disney CM acting as a manager.
11:40PM: Gold for B is full. It's beginning to build in here. Maybe within the next 2 or 3 hours this will be full.
3:55AM: B and C are full. Surprised they are still letting people in, but I guess much more people went into the showfloor line than expected.
4:20AM: All lines have been capped. Standby line is beginning.
