Hi! My boyfriend has cf and went through his transplant a little over 7 months ago. My question is regarding fertility, although I know the fertility rate in men with Cf is extremely low, I read an article about how there's lots of different ways to make it work. We're in no rush, since we're not trying yet, but I'm just curious about the whole thing, since I also read an article about how post-transplant they'll refuse to do ivf type treatments due to anti rejection meds and birth defects. Does anybody have any personal experience or light on this subject? The one person we talked to said she knows lots of cf men with babies, so we're hoping for the best. This isn't a topic his doctors have ever discussed with him so we're both in the dark :/
