Anyone know what the typical qualification is for having a lung lavage? Or getting a clinic to agree to them?

I’ve been having some issues for the last 6 years where I get fungal plugging that does benefit from anti-fungal treatment, but for the last 2 years my clinic have refused to treat it (despite the uptick).

The main issue is the plugging and I think a bronc could really help with further diagnosis of the issue they keep telling me doesn’t exist, but also a real clear out (I rarely move sputum) could be beneficial since shoulder shrugging doesn’t seem to be helping. Been consistently having pain in the left side of my chest for a while now and getting this strange situation where if I open my airways up to just the right point you can hear my heartbeat coming out of my mouth (I’ve even got a recording of it, it’s madness!), and nobody understands why, but still they refuse to do any investigation.

What can I do go get my (s**tty useless) clinic to finally agree to help? Is there any wording or key phrase that’ll make them stand up and go “hold on, should maybe do something here,” as nothing I say is working.
