Aminophylline at home?

Hey. Any of you guys been allowed to do Aminophylline on home IVs. I can’t find 2 weeks to come in and would lose 17.5% of my pay if I took two weeks sick (shift allowance isn’t paid on sick pay).
My clinic once told me they could do it if necessary but have since rolled back that offer. Anyone been able to? I find IVs much less effective without it.
