Hi all - fairly new to biking in the last year or two and have been taking my 5 year old daughter with me on her Burley Piccolo trailer bike that hooks on to mine and looking to branch out from the trails we've been doing. We live in Eagan and so far have mostly done the Big Rivers trail through Mendota, the trail alongside the minnesota river as part of the river greenway, and just yesterday tried Spring Lake Reserve from Rosemount to Hastings.
I'm curious what other trails people like for this distance in the south metro that has nice scenery?
