Specialized bike rental - cargo bikes for disabled people?

Hello, my aunt has a bum hip and she may be coming for a visit. I would LOVE for her to see Portland through my eyes via bike.
I am looking for a front loading cargo bike with a seat inside for her. Electric assist would be helpful since I’ll be the one peddling away.
What are the odds of such a specialized request for rent in Portland? Anyone seen anything like this?
