I am coming to terms with the fact that I will probaby have to work from the bottom up to get into cyber security. They say start with a job as sys admin, net admin, IT, or help desk. I assume the only one of those that donโt require much experience is the help desk bc IT and any admin job definitely requires experience. But help desk is fairly vague, does that mean help desk at an office, a campus, or someone who answers tech support question on the phone? Googling vague terms never goes well for me so I thought Iโd ask here.
