I started in support at my current company and moved to HR thinking I had an interest in it. Turns out, I’m not a fan.
I just recently accepted an Associate CSM job and I’m looking forward to being closer to the actual product again. It wasn’t a jump in salary from what I was making in HR (with the variable comp, it will be about 15k higher) but I’m looking forward to the growth that is in the CS field.
Any tips on a first time CSM with lots of customer facing expedience and also project management experience in HR?
