Biggest problem with renewals+finance team?

Hey I was speaking to some CS folks and they told me how painfully slow their renewal process was.
They aren't always given access to quote generation/final invoices so they have to keep coordinating POs with the finance teams or get the finance person to do this directly with the customer.
What are some pain points like this that you'd like to reduce?
