How do I contact TicketMaster?

To be quite frank - Ticketmaster owes me more than $300 in refund money I should have received 2 months ago. Every time I try to contact them I get an automated reply that doesn’t help me with anything. Anyone know how to contact them, or if I should go about contacting a higher authority? I live in Michigan.
