What are your first red flags that a call is going to be bad?

One of mine is when they come in overly friendly. HI I’M MIKE HOW ARE YOU??? And they actually pause for you to answer.

This guy yelled at me for 30 minutes about his insurance premiums going up, how super great he and his family are at driving, what incredibly important jobs he and his wife have, that they should be treated super special, above every other individual in their state.

Please, for the love of God, google “why are my insurance premiums going up”.

Oh, and the ever prevalent “I’m not mad at you”. Then why the F are you screaming at me??
