Do you ever just feel like your empathy bucket is empty but your apathy bucket is overflowing? Body is willing but the mind is not. Tired of answering the same damn question with every call, one that could be avoided if my employer would just put the explanation in the bill. Or if the customer googled it. But we all know they don’t read anything that is sent to them, whether it’s email or snail mail. Accept the fact that your bill is what it is & go on with your life. Don’t crap all over the person who has absolutely no control over it.
I wish we had recorded responses to FAQ. I’m happy to talk to people who have problems I can actually fix but omg.
