What's the best way to go about it without appearing vindictive?
When NCP returned the children, the 1 year old had numerous bruises to the head, back, legs, and a bruised nose with a bloody gouge from nose to lip.
I'm aware toddlers fall, this child is the youngest of 4.
My concern comes from prior acts by the NCP and just the general knowledge that children don't turn up bruised in bloody in various areas of the body with zero explanation as to how it occurred.
Older two were not at the visit. The other child who was present is 2. Again, emergency department personnel stated to bring the child back if it happened again for further documentation.
That was my concern. The report reads "bruises noted to be two dark ones on forehead, nose, lower back, ribs and bilateral lower legs. No suspicion of abuse but possible fall while at NCP."
NCP gave a shrug and idk when asked what happened in person. When asked over text, radio silence.
I'm aware kids get bumps and bruises. This child is the youngest of 4. I'm in no way a nervous nelly or helicopter parent. Due to extent of the injuries, the history of the NCP, failure to provide an explanation, and failure to seek medical treatment by the NCP it's just too much for me to be comfortable shrugging it off.
Correct.
There is a reason why NCP has visitation once a month. There's a reason why the visitation is supposed to be supervised.
NCP has a history.
They did in a different section of the report

I did take photos and took the child to the ER. The dr did full body x-rays. They did not report it though, just told me to bring the child in if anything else happened for further documentation.
