Post Body

My ex and I was together for 10 years. We have 3 children together, an 11 and 10 year old girls and an 8 year old boy. During the divorce she acted like she was wanting to work things out. But that was just part of the game she was playing. She put me in jail for domestic violence by telling the officers I grabbed her wrist. I was in jail when our court date for divorce came along. The only thing she asked for was custody of the children. And if I wanted to see my kids it has to be supervised.

Well I always wanted children and was excited when I found out my first child was born. I fought hard to stay in their lives. Now I am not doing supervised visits even though it says so until further ordered by the court. My younger ones stay with their mother and go to one school 3 and 5 grade. My oldest wants to stay with me and go to a different school then her siblings.

My questions are 1. Will I get in trouble for not following the court order about visits? 2. Is it a good idea to split up siblings in different schools?
