So I recently found out that my ex has been talking about me to our daughter. She keeps hinting that I did horrible things to her during our relationship. I admit there were a lot of things I did wrong during our marriage, and do did she, but our daughter doesn't need to be privy to that. She also blames me for her situations before and after our split. She keeps making comments to our daughter about how horrible I am. This is backfiring on my ex. My daughter doesn't see it and is beginning to question why my ex is doing this. Without going into detail, I have let her know that there were things that I did during our marriage that weren't conducive to our marriage and that when she is older we will discuss it.
My ex is also trying to make our daughter feel bad for coming home at the agreed time. Making her feel guilty for being excited to come home. Trying to make it seem like I am actively trying to keep her away or replace her mom.
Now she is also trying to convince our daughter that when she turns 12 to live out there. That it is her decision and she should do it. Now that our daughter is getting older she is realizing that her mom's home wouldn't be good for long term living. I've told our daughter that if she decides she wants to live there were can discuss it and I will support her decision. And that she will always have a home with me. She as also noticed that her mom just is uncooperative with me. This is coming from seeing her mom and how she acts.
Finally, her mom is listening in on her conversations with me. Sitting on the chair next to the couch, standing outside her bedroom door while our daughter is talking to me. This is making our daughter uncomfortable. I don't do this with her, I have her go in her room and have a PRIVATE conversation with her mom.
What options or recourses do I have?
