In What Circumstances is 50/50 Not Warranted?
My ex husband is emotionally and sometimes mildly physically abusive towards me, but he's never been abusive towards the children. We've agreed to 50/50 custody because if I didn't, he said he'd destroy me in court. He has lots of money, I don't.
Was this the right decision? The children are 4 and 2.
Every time I tell someone we're doing 50/50, they give me odd looks like I'm a bad mom for agreeing to it.
