Okay so I've been running COS for a couple of months now and the Gems of WoW are the driving force behind the Druids/Hags/Baba Lysaga's advances in the land. I put the 3rd gem with the Hags and replaced their Heartstone as the Gem.

I told my party about 3 gods that the druids worshipped before Strahd arrived (dragnacarta) and that their shrines are the standing stones throughout Barovia. Evil cannot harm them there.

Now, without my intention, they noticed a connection between these 2 factors. Since the standing stones are the same place they found the Gems. I didn't even think of that!

What is a good way to proceed? What is the motivation of Baba Lysaga for doing this. Her pleasing her 'son' is a little too vanilla for my taste. They only need the one Baba Lysaga has since both the Hags and Wintersplinter are defeated.
