Hi friends!

I am a new member of this community and quickly become enamored by the monumental efforts that you all have put into making this module truly alive! I am setting up a campaign with friends and I have decided to alter the setting a little - setting the County of Barovia in the American Old West, in the Rocky Mountains.

Now call me insane, but I think the story and the world gain a new life by changing the setting, and I also enjoy the old west/ ghost town aesthetic and I think it can be really successful! I'm still working on all the details, by I'll respond to questions in the comments!

What do you all think? What things should I make sure stay the same, and what things can be altered? I am curious what input you all have?
