Hello there! In the path of preparing to run curse of strahd came up with the idea of having the characters meet Kolyan Indirovich, having him give the party a few jobs in town in exchange for lodging and coin.
I want him to be an npc the players can become close to before... y'know
So, any suggestions to make this trueborn barovian townmaster likable?
