My server was working fine and now wont start

im running the server on my pc for my friends and I but recently something happened. i lost my E drive which had minecraft on it and it kinda fucked up BetterMC mod pack (would crash when i tried to launch it for obvious reasons) i did fix betterMC itself by reinstalling MC on another drive and reinstalling betterMC but my server still wont start. i want to put the logs here but i have no idea how to.
