Tried new shoes for the first time yesterday and had some trouble...
Post Body
Yesterday was my first time trying shoes for sliding as opposed to the step on slider and it was difficult as hell. (Not the delivery, that felt pretty good actually, but everything else. Trying to get back to the hack. Just movement in general!)
When you first made the switch was it difficult? Any tips to make the transition a bit easier or just time and experience?
The arena ice was also particularly bad yesterday, very melty because of how hot it was outside, don't know if this affects anything.
